Wontons are a satisfying way for families and/or friends to gather and connect. They are super flexible and can be enjoyed boiled on their own, fried, or included as part of your soup. Join chef Judy Ni, owner of the modern Taiwanese restaurant Bao • logy, as we talk about the importance of sourcing your ingredients and sustainable food systems. Conversations about food insecurity and community will be on the menu as well.
